I'm new to this site and hope I'm missing something important. My HP laptop shows these lines around certain apps, especially Curse Forge and Outplayed. They vanish when I hover the cursor but return slowly. The problem started after upgrading from Windows 10 to 11, though my desktop apps still function fine. After some research, people suggest the screen might be faulty, the GPU is failing, or the app has bugs. I resolved the screen issue by enabling NIVIDIA's image sharpening. Updated on February 24, 2023 by Lazy Gamer Boy – fixed the problem.
