Hey there, so I set up my PC about two months back, and at first it worked fine. But once I started playing games like CS:GO, Halo, or Mafia—especially those that rely on mouse input—I noticed some strange texture issues. It looks really off, but not in terms of frame rate or input lag (my RTTs are normal). It just appears distorted. I've tested multiple monitors with different refresh rates and resolutions, various cables, and adjusted settings everywhere: VSync, game controls, HAGS, VRR, ULMB, even capping frames to specific intervals. I swapped RAM, changed CPU slots, reset drivers, flashed BIOS, and tried clean booting. All temperatures stayed normal, and memory tests passed. Still, nothing seems to fix it. In the Halo clip you mentioned, you can see the problem near the edges of the screen, and in the CS footage, it shows up on the borders of shadows or straight lines during pans. I'm really frustrated and almost giving up. Any suggestions would mean a lot. Thanks a bunch!
