I verified with cmd.exe that the setting isn’t present, suggesting it was already turned off. The freezing episodes seem more common during Discord calls, too. Regarding your CPU OC, it could be contributing to the issue since your 7700K is getting older and its performance might have dropped.

Other processes running might influence the outcome. For testing purposes, you can run it without additional tasks. It's not the same issue, but reminded me of a time I had stuttering at regular intervals. It took some time to figure out the cause—possibly due to an unstable Intel DSA install. The system might be throttling something. Earlier temperatures looked normal, though other constraints could apply. You may want to reduce activity slightly.

Temperatures look manageable based on what you described. The curve shows sharp peaks, and at full load it reaches about 75°C. Since you're not using Intel DSA, you might want to check the recommended guidelines for your specific setup.

The game performs well most of the time, but only when the FPS matches your monitor’s refresh rate. It needs some adjustments in the game settings, and it has odd behavior with its configuration options. I believe you're focusing too much on artificial fixes like G-Sync; just turn them off and enjoy a stable experience. (I’m pretty sure I set it to 120fps on a 60Hz display, which felt smooth—unless you’re in crowded areas where performance drops, that’s just how the game is designed.)
