The rhythm of the noise reminds me more of a HDD. Yet I've noticed GPU coil whine in similar sounds. If it gets louder or faster, the heavier GPU usage would be the cause. Otherwise, it's just normal and usually bothersome but not harmful. GPU coil whine is typical and rarely indicates a serious issue. If it wasn't present before installing the GPU, it's likely just that. I'd suggest checking with the HDD unplugged to rule it out, but it seems like the GPU is the main source.
