I've been using my desktop for nearly a year and a half now. It began producing this strange buzzing sound, which you can clearly hear in the attached video. After clearing the issue, it keeps happening. I also use a stock Wraith stealth cooler. When I boot up, it becomes completely silent but then suddenly starts making noise even when the CPU and disks aren't under load. The PC.mp4 file is attached.

It looks like the fans are making loud noises on the heatsink. Just swap it out and grab a budget $25 cooler—it’ll run smoother and be quieter.

Sure, I can suggest some options within that price range.

Check out this quiet pure rock cooler with a CPU cooler from the UK site.

This suggests there may be an issue, but it doesn't necessarily mean a major problem will arise later.

The cooler isn't working properly, but it still functions, though it keeps shaking a bit. It's irritating.

It was definitely frustrating, particularly during the night hours.
