Hey there, I've noticed something odd lately that hasn't happened before. Since yesterday, when using programs like Explorer or even the start menu, my left-click isn't responding properly. I can still use the keyboard and other apps normally, but everything freezes up in Explorer or similar places. It doesn't affect the taskbar or other areas, just the desktop. Even on my gaming mouse it happens, but only when certain programs are running.

I've tested a few things: reinstalling the Kone driver, uninstalling it and restarting, using the default mouse driver, and trying the other mice. I'm keeping my OS clean, but I'm curious if the USB image or something in the installation might be the issue. It's not a consistent problem—sometimes it starts after a while and disappears with a reboot.

The Windows version is recent, and I haven't used the same image file before. Could there be a compatibility problem with the image or the setup? Thanks for any help you can offer!

I finally figured it out—it wasn’t the operating system, but the mouse was the issue. After hours of troubleshooting, I checked the mouse and found the 'mouse wheel right tilt' button stuck. Giving it a gentle nudge restored its normal function.
