Hi, I just installed a new machine for my brother. It’s turning on smoothly and the temperatures look normal. The fans are working quite hard, but the settings haven’t adjusted much. There’s this unusual scratching noise that pops up when I boot up or when the system feels stressed. I’ve attached a recording of it. The components include a Corsair 4000d i5-12600k, an ASUS 3090 with 32GB DDR4, a Corsair H100i Elite Capelix, and a Focus 1000W gold PSU.

It might just be a small amount of dust or debris, or ensure no cable is making contact with any of the fans—case fans, GPU fans, or CPU fans.

It appears to be a wire inside a fan.

It looks like a cable is rubbing against a fan or there might be a faulty bearing.
