Unusual restart?
Occasionally after a restart, my PC enters an unexpected boot sequence: it powers off, restarts, then shuts down completely before turning back on. There’s no display during this process. This happens despite my Corsair LPX 32GB RAM being OC’d to 3200MHz. Windows runs smoothly without any issues, but sometimes I need a restart to clear the active window watermark, which then triggers the boot cycle. Afterward, the RAM speed resets to 2133MHz instead of the intended 3200MHz. Could this be related to using a Gigabyte S2H A320M motherboard, even though it supports OC to 3200MHz? Is the system actually unable to handle the overclocking? The voltage is set at 1.35V.
The simplest method is to check your RAM usage by dropping down the RAM OC and observe its behavior. If it doesn't work properly, it indicates your system can't handle that OC and you should lower it.
