A few days back my cat chose to jump onto my keyboard near the enter/shift area, causing several keys to stop working properly. One key even changed its function unexpectedly. The most unusual part was that when I pressed the left Ctrl, it switched to a different mode, and now the real caps lock isn’t recognized at all. The website that maps keyboards still shows it doesn’t recognize caps lock, but pressing Ctrl now gives the caps lock instead. The only keys that still don’t work are the Fn key for volume control and the Windows key. I was hoping to find solutions without having to replace the keyboard. It’s a $300 model and the warranty is no longer valid—thank you.

Here is a rewritten version of your text:

The method to reset (press num, it means reset successfully) can be found in the instructions.
For more details, refer to the generic viewer page on the website.

Create and model for your keyboard? Maybe adjusting the keyboard's built-in app to assign keys requires some tweaking? Certain keyboards include a reset button. Without knowing exactly what you're dealing with, we're making educated guesses and providing vague recommendations.

It's a Yeston X Varmilo VA87. I couldn't locate any user manuals, but there are videos showing how to hold down Fn + Esc to reset the keyboard. However, I haven't seen any feedback when using Fn + Space.

Hey, thanks so much. The Fn key didn't do anything when I held down with another key, but holding down the windows key+ esc actually worked!
