Have you verified the manufacturer's site regarding whether the motherboard accommodates all four slots at 3200 MHz? Also, since it may be an older or newer RAM version, a different revision could lead to compatibility problems despite matching timings and speeds. You might need to accept the officially supported speed of 2933.
