I was using 64-bit stable Chrome, but Twitch.tv caused DNS issues for me. I tried every tip online, but nothing helped. After updating to Chrome 64-bit development version, it worked again. It’s odd how browser updates can be more reliable than the stable release.

I attempted that too and the issue persists with Chrome. It seems only Waterfox works, while Opera functions normally and uses the same engine.
