I realize there might have been an issue with my purchase. I bought the Aorus Master X570 used and followed the installation guide correctly. The first problem is that the power switch activates the system but the power button doesn’t shut it off. The second issue is the motherboard displays “00” and the CPU debug light is red, even though my CPU seems fine. I’m unsure what to do next since I can’t reach the BIOS or see a proper POST.

I managed to upload the BIOS without the CPU yet it’s not functioning properly, so I’ll replace the motherboard to check if the new one works.
