I own four RAM sticks, each functioning well by itself and with pairs. However, when all are connected together it causes significant issues. Four 8GB sticks perform consistently across speed and latency, appearing in both BIOS and Windows settings. But exceeding 16GB from the total 32GB triggers BSODs and memory errors, leading to crashes and instability. Note: memtest confirms no errors in single, dual, or quad configurations.

Find out the RAM capacity and supported speeds for your motherboard. Consult the manufacturer’s guidelines as limits can vary based on the specific model.

I believe the system should have over 32GB of storage given the B450 platform, Raptor 5600X processor, and RAM at 2666MB.

On MSI's site, it states that memory limits vary by brand and you might only get up to 16Gb. Visit the link for details on compatibility.

The information about the BIOS, windows, and memtest confirming full 32GB RAM without errors suggests it's functioning properly. This applies to the board you linked: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-compon.../techspec/

Resolved the problem—it was one of three possible scenarios or a mix of all three CPUs needing re-seating. The ReBAR windows were trying to be wiped and then reinstalled.
