You recently got a new graphics card and started experiencing artifacts while gaming and streaming. The issue appears as brief flickering across the screen. After trying a 7900 XTX Asrock Phantom, the same problem occurred on all three monitors at stock or overclocked settings. Swapping to a 7900 XTX Red Devil resolved the issue temporarily. Both cards seem to have similar problems sometimes and sometimes not, despite using identical cables and monitor configurations. The display settings remained unchanged. You're currently using two 2560x1080 and one 3444x1440 monitors at 144Hz, with Premium Sync enabled on the last unit.

Whether it's like brand new or just new for you affects the chances of artifacts happening. A faulty GPU is a major reason, but overheating or power issues are also possible, though less common.

It's brand new and runs smoothly at around 56°C gaming. I reduced the refresh rate to 120Hz, which seemed to decrease how often the issue appeared. It might be related to driver updates.
