What power supply are you using? Have you tested changing your display cable? Did you perform a DDU? Also, check the SFC/DISM status.

Check the event viewer for entries marked during the freezing time.

Thermaltake GF A# 750W 80+ Gold experiences occasional issues right after powering up and logging in for the first time. It seems the display cables haven’t been changed yet, as the problem only appears during that initial session. I’ve tried a DDU to resolve it, but it persists. I haven’t run SFC or DISM. This is my first attempt to fix it, so I wasn’t familiar with those tools.

I checked and didn’t see anything unusual, so I powered off my PC and rechecked, but nothing stood out. I recalled another odd occurrence: whenever I restart or shut down, the "Restarting" message lingers until I move the mouse, then disappears. To prevent this, I usually press the power button, which causes a delay, and the screen clears once the event viewer opens naturally, avoiding the black screen and freezing issues.
