Over the last few months, I've upgraded or installed many machines running Windows 10 1809. I haven't encountered any file loss or profile overwrites. Could there be an issue with my setup?

Not all people are facing problems, thankfully.

I don't agree or I don't have information about Windows that I'm interested in checking

Many users experience no problems with 1809. However, Microsoft addressed the most significant problems, especially the data loss concern. It was a major issue that had been overlooked. After its initial release, Microsoft promptly released an updated version and postponed further updates until the fix was complete. This caused public interest as Microsoft disclosed details about where update blocks were placed, clarifying why some received the update while others did not. Previously, such information remained confidential. Before this, those eager for an update had to wait months, prompting tech-savvy individuals to attempt forced upgrades only to face subsequent issues.
