I recommend submitting it to Virustotal for analysis. This situation feels strange and concerning. I might disconnect the internet just to confirm it's a threat. I'm not sure, but this action has raised all my alerts.

Thank you for your response. It seems the VirusTotal service cannot process files larger than 650MB.

Extract the executable using 7-Zip and upload each file separately, including the DLL. Be aware that if it's malicious, it may contain only random data to avoid detection on platforms like VirusTotal. Consider generating a SHA256 hash of the files and checking them against malware databases such as https://hash.cymru.com/ for prior analysis.

The issue is that NanaZip, a modified version of 7-Zip, doesn't support opening files as archives. The provided SHA256 hash confirms the file's integrity.

I'm facing the same problem too. Right now I just removed it since the terminal appears instantly. Also, it got a 6/71 rating on VirusTotal.

If you have ever downloaded, compiled or used cheat engine this is directly from that , it is not a virus! i had this pop up on my system as well recently but i know what lua51.dll is from AKA cheat engine, or source builds from it being compiled or used on the pc .. nothing to be worried of its background dll management check the logs and cache!

The folder layout resembles a Roblox exploit I saved, which seems to be malicious software. Please remove the folder. I also have entries for 2, 1, z, and y.
