Here are some notes about your setup and issues:

- Basic components: 3700 CPU, H100i RGB Pro XT, 240mm radiator, B450-f M.2, 16GB 3600MHz DRAM, Crucial drives, MSI RX 5700X, and a titanium EVGA T2 power supply.
- Software: Running the latest Windows 10 version.
- Problems mentioned:
1. Frequent blue screens during updates or installs that require a restart before full recovery.
2. No automatic backup feature.
3. Sleep mode triggers a screen light even though it doesn’t boot into Windows.
- These issues are minor annoyances and don’t impact gameplay or performance.

START THE SEARCH FOR 'CMD' IN THE START MENU AND RUN AS ADMIN WITH AN ACTIVE INTERNET CONNECTION. EXECUTE THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS: SFC /SCANNOW (THIS WILL CHECK CRITICAL SYSTEM FILES FOR DAMAGE AND REPLACE IF NEEDED). IF ANY PROBLEMS ARE RESOLVED, TRY RESTARTING THE SYSTEM. IF NOT, REPROCE IN ADMINISTRATIVE CMD. DISM.exe /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /SCANHEALTH. ENSURE YOU ENTER CAPITAL LETTERS PROPERLY. WAIT FOR A RESTART AND OBSERVE IF ISSUES PERSIST.

It did identify some issues. I'm exhausted from staying up late and didn't verify the problems. Uncertain about where to search. I installed a program that needed a restart. It didn't cause a blue screen then came back up as it sometimes does. Possibly it was too basic, but I haven't fully put it into sleep mode yet. Regarding automatic backups, it would be better to monitor them later.

It looks like the issue has been resolved automatically with sfc and /restorehealth. Sleep mode was previously unreliable on several machines from XP onwards. If you encounter more blue screens, feel free to share the code. EDIT: I’ve used the quote function to indicate my response.
