Hello, I'm facing an unusual problem. At first, the fans spun at full speed with no output. After some experimentation, I noticed different outcomes. The system specs include an ASUS X570P motherboard, a Kingston HyperX Predator DDR4 16GB (4x8GB) at 3200MHz CL16, AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Gain, Phantom RTX 2070, and Super So. I've tried several approaches: booting another system worked perfectly, so the GPU issue was ruled out. I changed RAM in another setup but still didn't get any output. It seemed like all four sticks failed simultaneously, making it hard to tell if RAM was dead or just the 5800X3D being selective. I also swapped in a known working RAM stick, which briefly increased fan speed before dropping again. I waited about ten minutes hoping for memory training, but nothing happened. I even changed the power supply to a reliable one and got the same result. Since I haven't altered the motherboard yet, I'm unsure what might be missing. I've reset CMOS multiple times without success, so I'm wondering if I missed something obvious or if a new motherboard is needed. Please help—I'd appreciate any advice or tips. (And please, for clarity, I apologize if my messages are scattered.)

Missed mentioning I replaced the CPU with a compatible model (Ryzen 7 3700X)

I noticed this began before a similar issue where my PC crashed with a kernel error. Since then, posting isn't possible. I also unplugged the disk just to rule out any connection to that problem.
