I've been getting these strange messages in Steam, I've had them from three different people
It seems like you're likely encountering spam. You might have been playing some online games recently, perhaps CS:GO or Dota. Anyway, please report the block move.
Add them together. Remind them to stop. Understand it's a bot. Delete your operating system.
Valve is likely making some updates, so this probably won’t occur (or at least less frequently)
