It seems you're experiencing inconsistent internet connectivity across different devices and networks. The issue appears to vary by device type—your PC shows good speeds, phone works fine, but other gadgets and even your home network intermittently fail. Your ISP reports solid speeds, and speed tests confirm this. However, the router's signal drops unexpectedly, especially on certain setups like Ethernet or 5GHz bands. The modem model you mentioned (KASDA 6262B) seems functional enough for most tasks. You might want to check for firmware updates, interference from other devices, or consider a wired connection for critical devices. Gathering more details about the exact network configuration and any recent changes could help pinpoint the cause.

Check the router settings for indicators showing the wireless link strength between your CPE and the ISP. Determine which frequency band your CPE employs when connecting to the ISP.

I have a receiver installed on my roof. It seems they employ 802.11 point-to-point technology. Here’s a visual of the available choices along with some diagnostic findings.

Band refers to wireless frequencies like 2.4GHz or 5GHz. The diagnostic page offers limited help unless you know which uplink connects to your CPE. This Kasda device functions as a DSL gateway, not for DSL service. You need to understand the wireless quality between your CPE and the ISP antenna. It’s more than just pass/fail—check directly on the device. Has your WISP performed a test of the wireless connection and hardware at your location?

Sadly, I don't seem to have any of that information. The installers never explained how to reach it, and I'm not even sure what brand it is. The only clue is the POE cable entry point and the split into power and a separate cable that connects to the router. Thanks for your assistance. Also, I made an error—it's a kw 6262c.
