Hi, I've faced similar problems with Warzone 2. With your setup—6700xt GPU, Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 32GB RAM—I was previously seeing smooth 144 FPS but now experience stutters like 100-50-30-13-100-90. It's strange that recording video brings the frame rate back to normal. Could you share more details about the situation?

GPU performance is around 50, CPU at 65 under ultra settings in COD, but Rust runs smoothly at 75 without problems.
