For a long time, I've experienced this problem consistently across numerous games and various configurations. I’m completely baffled by its cause and unsure where to begin researching it online. The issue manifests as a pattern of lines and circles appearing around light sources—specifically, within dark environments featuring smoke or illuminated by a flashlight. I’ve experimented extensively with my display settings, including brightness, contrast, and gamma, but to no avail. I'm seeking assistance in identifying the root of this issue and, ideally, finding a solution. It’s particularly noticeable within *Resident Evil 2 (2019)* and *Battlefield V*.

EDIT:
Operating System: Windows 10
Graphics Card: GTX 1080ti (12GB)
Memory: 32GB DDR4 at 3200MHz
Processor: Intel 7700k (running at 4.5GHz)
Motherboard: Asus Z270F
Power Supply Unit: EVGA 850W

Update your post to include full hardware specs and OS.
And, if at all possible, post an image or two of the "skybox effect" you are describing.

Are there any other individuals utilizing a comparable setup and enjoying the identical titles?
Alternatively, do you possess another machine that would permit you to experience these same games?
I’m simply wondering if the familiar “lines and circles,” and so on, are still present.

Is this a simple inquiry to check if you’ve attempted updating or reinstalling your drivers, possibly with a fresh installation?

Regarding the “Night Light mode”?

Press "Win" + "I" to navigate to "System > Display > Night Light mode".

Affirmative. I consistently utilize a fresh installation method for my graphics card drivers. This issue has been ongoing for quite some time, and it’s particularly troublesome with Battlefield V and Resident Evil 2.
