Hey, I noticed something unusual today. Every few seconds there’s a brief system hiccup lasting about two seconds. At first I thought it was just from watching videos on YouTube, but when I opened a Word document and typed, the same thing happened. Also, while browsing files, I checked the System Monitor and didn’t see any sudden CPU spikes, though the timing doesn’t match the actual pauses. I installed some software yesterday, but it didn’t start until now. Can you help figure out what’s causing this? Thanks!

Which GPU is connected? If it's NVIDIA, you can check usage with nvidia-smi to spot spikes. Are you using Wayland or X11? Are you running low on RAM? Do you rely on swap space?
