Following a relocation, my internet connection appears to be robust and should prevent delays, however, I am experiencing considerable uncertainty. During gameplay, frequently a momentary pause occurs when moving the mouse—the game seems momentarily frozen, yet frame rates remain stable. Despite updating drivers and adjusting settings within Overwatch, this problem continues to occur. I’m seeking assistance as a dedicated competitive player, and this is causing significant frustration. You can observe the problem in attached video footage, demonstrating smooth mouse movement while the stutter persists across various titles. My system specifications are: an i7 7700k processor, a GTX 1070 graphics card, 16GB of memory, a 550W power supply, and a 275GB solid-state drive.

Hello!

Have you looked at the event viewer to see if there are any unusual problems close to when you're experiencing stuttering while playing Overwatch? Additionally, are you utilizing a wireless network adapter?

Examined the Event Viewer recently, but there aren’t any related entries explaining the freezing issue. I am connected via wired network.
