Recently when I move around in csgo these weird green and purple lines appear on the edges of stuff. It also happens on moving stuff in desktop. This only happens when I'm in 4:3 like 1280x960, when I am in native it works fine. I like playing CS in 4:3 so that's why this is a problem, but It doesn't bother me in other places. I recently changed my HDMI cable but at first there were no problems. My GPU: Asus gtx 1060 6gb turbo cpu: i5-11400f ram: Patriot viper 4 blackout 2x8gb 3200mhz monitor: acer r241y.

It might be the HDMI link. Try using a spare HDMI or monitor to test. If you have another port and cable, such as Display Port, it can help identify the issue.
