Could you tell me about your previous GPU performance (frame rate)? Are you certain that your graphics card is being utilized for display output, rather than your built-in graphics?

I've owned my graphics card for two years and recently upgraded from a GTX 650 Ti to a 1060. And yes, I am using the correct output :S

The application could have altered its configurations based on your recent update. Do you verify that these are identical to your previous settings?

Previously, my frame rate was approximately 140 frames per second, but it has now decreased to 120 fps. However, it’s quite strange—I played today and experienced significant fluctuations in my FPS, ranging from 100 fps to 200 fps. I’ve recently configured Windows in a new way, yet it continues to maintain these settings.
