You shouldn't rely on the method I provide. Try connecting your SSD to a different machine, installing Windows there, then reinstalling it on your original computer and restarting.

Since every download I receive fails, it’s not just this issue. Windows 10 relies on a hardware profile for activation, which means separate hardware won’t work. My motherboard has been damaged because of an EFI thread from the Windows installer that tried to detect hardware and drivers—this has rendered my SATA controllers nonfunctional. The board is now unusable, and I’m forced to replace the entire PC.

So your iso download is bad? Or hardware? And I say nothing about activation - you can activate Windows after disk swap. Anyway - everything you wrote is strange.

Well then, once you switch the hardware, the data updates automatically. Just make sure to turn on Windows after making the hardware change. It's not a big deal.
