Hello, I worked on the schematic and it's still not quite right. There are some problems with my ISP devices: the red option defaults, causing issues. The yellow option works and avoids the switch, while the yellow one uses the same cable as red. The pink one is just a test— I took the 10m red cable to the TV decoder and connected it to the PC. Green is another test, using the pink option for an iperf3 bandwidth test between laptop and computer (940Mb/s, which is solid for a Gigabit link). Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

You're experiencing an issue where the TV box fails when connected through the switch but functions correctly when linked directly to the ISP gateway.

It looks like you're dealing with a mismatch between your ISP gateway and the TV decoder. With my fiber connection, they also offer TV service through an IPTV device. The decoder likely needs to connect directly to the ISP gateway for compatibility, possibly due to special VLAN or routing settings. To avoid interference, I run my own router and switches separately from this setup—out of sync with the TV service. This could be relevant if you're using a basic or unmanaged switch.
