About three to four weeks ago, files would download at roughly 5 gigabytes per second from Chrome or other browsers, but now it's only about 300–800 kilobytes per second. I've tried Ethernet and Wi-Fi, and the speed remains around 700 kilobytes per second. My drivers are updated. On Steam, I see around 16 gigabytes per second over Ethernet. No clear solution found online so far.

What an interesting setup! You're connecting a 50Gb/s internet connection with a 150Gb/s local area network.

No? Are you checking the internet connection? What service do you pay for from your provider? I’m paying for 100 gigabit, though I’m not sure that’s what you were asking. It’s unclear what you’re asking, but I have a cat6 connection. On another computer it downloads about 8-12 gigabytes per second on Chrome, but around 16 gigabytes per second on Steam on this machine.

Are you referring to Megabits and megabytes? A 100Gbit line would cost tens of thousands of dollars each month, placing you in the top-tier business category with a dedicated line and support. I strongly suspect you're not asking for help since you belong to a company with a specialized team handling such matters.

Yep sorry i meant 100 megabit. Anyway on speedtest.net... On this pc I get 17 ping 33.14 Download and 15.89 upload. And my other pc I get 13 ping 118.06 Download and 16.51 upload. And when I was talking about all speeds earlier I meant like in chrome when you look at the downloads tab it tells you what speed/size? the download is going at.
