Hello, yesterday a strange .dll file showed up on your Windows home screen without any notice. I ran a scan with Windows Defender and it didn’t show anything suspicious, so I deleted it. But soon it returned again. I’m confused about why this keeps happening—it looks messy and I don’t want it around. What should I do if it comes back? Should I register these DLL files? Any advice would be super helpful! Thanks a lot, Fire!

You can conceal the file within the Properties section. It’s unclear what you’re referring to by “Register for the DLL files,” but you might limit system access to your desktop directory.

It happens each time I start the riot client, it vanishes but comes back when I open valorant or the riot client again. Also, the regsvr32 command in the command prompt works every time.

Likely included in their root kit or anti-cheat mechanism if it consistently backs up. Another reason to avoid these intrusive games. It appears you're not alone—unless this question was posted on Reddit too, someone confirmed the same. You're not the only one. https://www.reddit.com/r/ValorantTechSup...sourcedll/ Also see the Microsoft forum thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...9eb505d9a2

I need to understand your point better. Would you like me to keep things similar or make some changes?

Not much choice if you want to continue playing this game. They will probably patch it out to hide it soon enough. Wouldn't want people getting scared of their slimy hands all over your machines.
