I just tried playing Black Ops 1 with a plutonium weapon. When I entered the menu, everything looked identical—same story, cutscenes, and online maps. But if I skip loading plutonium, it works perfectly. Anyone know why this happens?

It was just a joke after checking online sources. No real problem with the game or anything you did. It should be back to normal soon.
