The issue involves a disk check running automatically during startup, which isn't stopping despite attempts to disable it. The problem persists even after using a WD Blue 1TB SSD and a fresh Windows 10 setup. We've tried disabling it via elevated CMD and modifying registry entries, but nothing seems to work this time.
