You would see the Power Level in MSI Afterburner displayed as "Volt." This is what you're seeing right now during idle. The display might appear slightly different depending on your settings, but it generally shows the voltage value. If you notice increased GPU speed when you're just in the main menu, that's likely due to the system being in a lower power state.
Final update: I searched online and found information about the reasons for 3080 low clocks at 210. The solution was to uninstall MSI Afterburner, which resolved the issue and everything is now working smoothly. Interesting. Thanks to everyone for your assistance!
Notice the image indicating the power limit? Your setting was at 29%, which covered the whole issue.
I get the point, and after years without using that skin, I made sure it wasn’t a design flaw. It would have been better if it didn’t exist at all—or was just changed, but I think that project is over. While I know better, it’s really hard to use. MSI Afterburner works fine, but I’d recommend switching to a more user-friendly skin with clear labels.
I’m currently using the Cyborg theme, though it’s quite old and doesn’t seem to have curve optimization. The Windows 11 version looks much more intuitive, and I’m confident others might agree.
