Hey, I'm dealing with a strange CSGO issue where I can't locate any comp matches. It usually takes me at least 20 minutes to find a single match, but casual games get matches in about 20 seconds or less. I'm confused about what's going wrong. People in my area who are on my friend list seem to get matches in half a minute or less if they join with me. I've kept my ping at the maximum setting (350).

This problem didn’t exist until last month. My friends from the same area usually find matches quickly... I’m silver 2 (since I play Dota 2, not CS:GO), but I still can’t figure out why I don’t get matches even when I manage casual ones easily.

It's easy to fit in with anyone since it simply matches up, but it ignores the importance of rank.
