It seems I lack the expertise to adjust or boost my system's performance. However, I updated with another monitor and cable, but issues persist—crash occurs only after screen flickers, freezing completely, and a manual reboot is the only solution. Sometimes I see no flicker just a black screen.

It’s quite simple, just use an overclocking tool. Instead of moving the slider to the right, place it to the left. There are short videos explaining it. I’m almost certain your GPU might be outdated because you’ve already checked drivers, cable, and monitor. The GPU seems to be the only remaining factor that could explain this issue.
I'm not certain about the warranty since you received it as a gift.
Sure, you could try a different GPU or use IGPU. Since your CPU is Intel-only, I’ll check if the Ryzen 9950X3D supports it and see if the issue resolves.
The crashes are linked to the Nvidia driver. It’s failing during an ISR, which is common in modern GPUs when they malfunction. There’s no unusual behavior in ISRs, so we can’t pinpoint the cause right away. Before jumping to a faulty GPU, use DDU to clear the old driver and obtain a new one from Nvidia. Their drivers have had issues recently, so an older version might work. Since Windows Update will install a driver automatically after rebooting from DDU (it runs in safe mode), it’s wise to disable WiFi or disconnect Ethernet until the driver is installed. Download the driver before entering safe mode, run DDU, clear the internet connection, install the driver, then re-enable the internet.
