I recently upgraded my home PC with a new Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite Axe, Ryzen 7700 and TeamGroup RAM. Once it starts up, everything functions properly. Benchmarks show no issues. The problem appears during shutdowns or restarts—then it crashes with a blue screen. The main error message is related to Memory_Management. If I simply restart it, occasional errors like IRQL_Not_Less_OR_Equal or Kernel data inpage occur. Interestingly, after resetting the BIOS, I noticed the issue resolved. However, even after several attempts, it still boots normally if I adjust the RAM settings enough for memory training. Regardless of whether I enable or disable Expo, use default speeds, or try optimized timings, the system eventually starts after a memory training. Every time I boot, I must first modify the BIOS and change the RAM configuration. All drivers and BIOS updates have been applied. I’ve completed most troubleshooting steps I know about this problem. I also contacted the shop where I bought it, who assisted with diagnostics. I plan to bring it back next Saturday since I have work commitments that week. All the clues point to faulty RAM, though I still suspect the motherboard could be involved. As I recall from last Thursday when I assembled and installed it, it took time to boot and several attempts were needed. I’m quite concerned because I just purchased it, and the shop might replace either the RAM or the board. Before Saturday, what do you think this is? Edit: By the way, does the BIOS have a setting that forces memory training every boot?

Already attempted various slots, now using one stick at a time. The only solution that works is allowing it to do the RAM training.

Did you transfer windows from an older machine, or did you start with a brand new setup? No, changing the settings isn't applicable here.
