Recently the service has been running hot, consuming a significant portion of my CPU and memory. The CPU usage stays steady, which makes it tough to complete even simple tasks on my laptop. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If helpful, please note these details:

- OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
- CPU: Intel Core i5 6300HQ @ 2.30GHz Skylake 14nm
- RAM: 8.00GB Single-Channel @ 1064MHz
- Motherboard: Micro-Star International Co. Ltd. MS-16J5 (U3E1)
- Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 530 (MSI)
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
- ForceWare: 390.77 SLI Disabled
- Storage: 931GB WD10JPVX-22JC3T0 SATA
- Optical: HL-DT-ST
- Audio: Realtek High Definition

Let me know if you need anything else!

It seems like the message is suggesting a simple solution to a problem, but there are some unclear points. The warning about disabling core services isn’t something most users want to do.

I also rely on the laptop for professional tasks and must switch to Windows 10.
