This was during the installation process. I wrapped each side twice. I intended to place the straps beneath the board for a tighter seal, but I wasn’t certain about positioning them near the heat source. This project has been on my mind since I saw that cooler (which came with an aftermarket unit on the FM2+ CPU). The large heat pipes and fin layout really outperform Intel’s basic stock coolers.

Alright, sorry it took me so long to get back to this. This is what HWiNFO is telling me. I would say it looks more like what I'm expecting.
