According to the earlier response, it seems this issue isn't related to TF2 specifically and might stem from a hardware or driver concern.

I first thought it might be a hardware or driver problem. After updating the BIOS and turning off DOCP, the issue disappeared except in TF2. Further testing confirmed my mistake—it was indeed a hardware/driver concern, not something I initially suspected.
