I recently upgraded my PC a few weeks back with a new CPU, motherboard, and RAM. Everything is functioning well except for this odd startup problem that doesn’t impact performance at all, though it makes me feel uneasy whenever I power on the machine. This only occurs during the loading screens before Windows launches, and based on some online searches, it returns to normal after startup because the GPU drivers refresh themselves. If I enter BIOS during startup, everything appears fine and there are no further visual issues. So this doesn’t interfere with usability—it’s just a bothersome annoyance that shouldn’t exist. P.S.: As you can see, I’ve already tried turning off the BIOS logo, which used to be that large AORUS one, but the problem still remains.
