I'm using Windows 11 Pro and noticed the Windows Update process acting oddly today. It seems stuck at a very low progress level while downloading a major update (Version 22H2). I checked my connection and everything looks fast—high upload, low latency—and I’m also using Delivery Optimization. In Task Manager, network activity appears as random spikes. Anyone know what’s going on? Thanks ahead!
