I'm mainly documenting this in case someone else faces the same problem. My setup includes a small USB Bluetooth adapter, and occasionally I'm unsure why it fails. When I power on my PC, it won't respond. The motherboard makes clicking sounds when I press the power button, but nothing happens. After disconnecting the USB, the PC boots up and prompts me to choose an optimized BIOS setup. It's a strange little tech situation.

It's often true that the system functions properly after a restart.

Consider trying a different USB port, as the device might be damaged or the connection failed.

Ports function correctly, and both versions 2.0 and 3.0 are working properly.

I think it might help if you attempt to download a few sets of drivers, as the issue could stem from Windows not recognizing it correctly or using suboptimal default options.
