Possible bios issues may affect chipsetdriver. The cpu needs to manage and fully utilize the gpu. Try resetting bios and ensuring the latest version is installed. Also verify chipsetdriver status. Monitor temperatures—thermal throttling can occur if temperatures rise. It should normally perform better under load.

It was a few driver problems. I refreshed the bios and chooser driver, and now everything is functioning perfectly, thank you very much.
