I've been playing games recently and noticed my FPS has dropped significantly. I have an i7 4790k at 4.4GHz, a GTX 1050, and 8GB RAM. The SSD is mostly empty, with only about 10% used. On games, the monitor shows CPU usage around 90-100%, which seems unrealistic, and GPU usage between 10-30%. Reading those numbers made me feel like my performance was barely holding together compared to a few months ago. Eventually, I fixed it. When I check Task Manager, everything normalizes, and my frame rate returns to around 150 in Lol. But after a while, the system shuts down, and my FPS drops again to 50-60, so I have to keep Task Manager open. Sorry for any confusion with my English—I'm not a native speaker. Thanks! P.S. My CPU temperature also spikes when I open Task Manager.

They appear to be accurate measurements.
