Hello. Your 5950x seems to behave oddly after a restart at IDLE. The CPU loads at 53% with temperatures around 65°C, but when the Task Manager opens, usage drops to just 1% and temps fall to about 43°C. This happens even though no apps are running. The changes in NZXT Cam CPU readings when the Task Manager is active or closed suggest something might be interfering with its monitoring or data collection. Could be a driver issue, background process, or thermal sensor anomaly? Checking for updates, resetting drivers, or reviewing logs might help clarify what’s going on.
