Hey there, I recently upgraded my old 4770k to a 3800x with 64GB of Corsair 32GB modules. The motherboard looks solid too! I’m having trouble keeping my RAM stable at the required XMP settings—I double checked and it’s actually using the factory defaults. It works fine at default, so I’m still tweaking until it performs better without affecting my work or gaming. Latency tests range from 16 to 20ms, voltage tested at 1.35V, speed at 3200MHz. I tried raising the voltage to 1.4V but couldn’t get a display working. Any advice? Ensure XMP or DOCP remains active and switch to a reduced frequency such as 2933MHz.

They are located in A1 B1; A2 and B2 were suggested initially, but after adjusting it, stability improved. I plan to revert it. Follow-up: When manually adjusting the memory settings with an XMP profile active, does this merely modify that parameter while keeping the rest of the settings in XMP? I’m not entirely sure, but I’ll lower the clock speed next.
