I hope it doesn’t impact my PC performance, otherwise it’s fine. Anyway, I can’t stay quiet.
I think the first thing I need to do is replace the PSU with one that provides higher voltage.
😀

Keep in mind that not every PSU is the same even if they claim specifications like 750w. Choose a reliable model from the recommended options in the PSU section rather than just the cheapest one available.

The PSU won't cause stutters! I think it's the Corsair TX550M Gold, and this setup works perfectly for the system. You don't really need 750w when you have a single 8-pin GPU that can't use more than 225w from the PCIe slot. Please share screenshots of the CPU-Z memory and SPD tab. Another option is to run DDU in save mode to remove GPU drivers and reinstall them after restarting.

Certainly, please clarify the details of your setup. Could you specify the minimum and maximum frame rates you're experiencing? What are your expectations for performance? Are you utilizing Gsync or Freesync to manage your monitor? Also, what is the refresh rate of your display?

i used a few magical tools, but opened cpu-z failed with bdos. i plan to replace the ram in 3-4 hours and then test it again.

it's a 240hz monitor, not using gsync and freesync, and I can't use this because of the latency. The average fps is around 500 in CS2 and P1 is 220 (competitive settings). In every gunfight it feels so sluggish, unplayable, and there are stutters that make my game unplayable.

It seems simply enabling Vsync and shooting at 240fps won't fix the issue. That approach works for some, but it doesn't apply to games like CS2 or competitive shooters.
