It could be different, I just experienced another crash with a max of 180 FPS. I purchased it used, but testing it is hard because of budget and time limits. I might need to take it to a store for better diagnosis. I noticed the issue disappeared after restarting my PC, though I still can’t confirm the cause. Right now I’m using the 2x4GB stick without the other one, hoping mixing them won’t trigger the problem, but so far it doesn’t seem to happen.

Have you considered a single 1x8GB drive? It seems unlikely to solve the issue, but it might actually perform worse than a 2x4 setup.

yes I tried it before making this post and it was still happening Ive never used the event viewer logs but do they not reset after restarting your pc? If they do then I wont be able to view them anyway as the screen goes black and theres no way to turn it back on without restarting

I notice three consistent issues appearing in the viewer logs. The same problems keep showing up after scrolling down a few pages, which points to a CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll error. It seems related to license activation, possibly due to using an unoriginal Windows installation.

These entries seem distinct from what I saw earlier. They appear to stem from license activation issues, though they could relate to deeper system problems. Several TPM and critical kernel-power failures were noted shortly after the initial error.

ID41 refers to a sudden shutdown or forcing the PC off by holding the power button. Check for any preceding logs that might provide hints about this issue.

No immediate response near the incident, this appears to be the nearest indication of the prior system restart. The shutdown occurred when I pressed the power button after the monitor stopped working, and I wasn’t able to react in time. I’ll be back tomorrow since it’s already quite late. Thanks for the assistance so far.

Also consider evaluating potential adjustments to the system or hardware just before the issue began.
