I'm facing significant problems with smooth gameplay on MW2 (2022) and am setting up a new PC to determine if the hardware is the cause. My system includes a Ryzen 5 3600, an RTX 3060Ti Ventus 3x OC from MSI, and 16GB of Balistix DDR4 3200mHz RAM. Please assist.

Is there anything else you'd like to adjust besides this game?
Could you run userbenchmark and provide the public link with the results?
What changes did you make when you decided to build a new PC, and did you reinstall Windows?

I'm updating everything except the GPU. Switching to 4000mHz DDR4, Ryzen 7 5800X3D, and a 1000W PSU instead of the previous setup. The NZXT Kraken X63 280mm AIO will be paired with a Corsair 4000D Airflow Case.

I'm unsure about the specific system you're experiencing issues with. Could you clarify which setup you're referring to? If you've updated your operating system, did you reinstall Windows? Also, please share the userbenchmark link for the affected system.

CPU temperatures hover between 72 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the stock cooler. GPU stays around 60 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The power supply is a Corsair model, and the SSD offers 1.31 terabytes of free space out of a total 2 terabytes.

That's an SSHD that behaves quite differently from an SSD. It's possible this is the issue. I haven't checked how much disk usage was happening while playing MW2, but it seems likely your drive would be slower than a HDD in this case. What settings are you using in MW2 and have you tried enabling DLSS?

Unnaturally, adjusting my settings doesn't alter the performance, it remains unchanged regardless of the configuration, even when using DLSS.
